Si Based Chargers

Our EV chargers are designed to optimize the space requirements and reliability of the chargers. IP67 design ensure no dust or water goes inside. Robust enclosure ensure high endurance to shocks.

GaN based On-Board Chargers

Use of Gallium Nitride (GaN) in these EV chargers, allows for ultra-compact size and low weight. About 3-5 times less size and weight of GaN-Chargers as compared to Si-Chargers. GaN chargers are expected to replace Si-chargers in electric 2 & 3 wheelers. Now get a faster charger in a small form factor, which can be packaged as on-board or a handy portable charger. 

SiC Based On-Board Chargers

Our SiC based chargers are designed to provide the most efficient charging possible for your electric vehicle. With our advanced techniques like wide bandgap devices, you can be sure that your vehicle is charging quickly and reliably. Now you can put as much as 20kW on-board charger at a footprint of of a 4kW Si charger.

DC-DC Converters

Our range of dc-dc converters (both isolated and non-isolated) ensure all the auxiliary power requirements of your EVs is met without compromising on overall reliability and efficiency.
