GaN based On-Board Chargers
Use of Gallium Nitride (GaN) in these EV chargers, allows for ultra-compact size and low weight. About 50% less in size and weight of GaN-Chargers as compared to Si-Chargers. GaN chargers are expected to replace Si-chargers in electric 2 & 3 wheelers. Now get a faster charger in a small form factor, which can be packaged as on-board or a handy portable charger.
Silicon (Si) Motor Controllers
Our Silicon-based motor controllers deliver reliable and cost-effective performance for electric vehicles and industrial applications. Built on proven Si technology, these controllers can operate in both BLDC and FOC modes. These are capable of taking inputs from hall sensors / encoders and resolvers. Build with features like field weakening and different levels of reneration, ensures smooth power delivery, precise motor control, and optimized efficiency
