What You'll Do

    As an Electric Vehicle Component Engineer at nXpec, you will be responsible for designing and developing advanced power electronic converters for electric vehicles. You will work on a team of talented engineers to create high-quality, compact, and efficient motor controllers, inverters, chargers, and dc-dc converters. You will be involved in all aspects of the design process, from conception to prototyping and testing. You will also be responsible for identifying areas of improvement and implementing changes to optimize performance and efficiency.
    In this role, you will work closely with our team of engineers to develop and test cutting-edge technology. You will be involved in all aspects of the design process, from conceptualization to prototyping and testing. You will use your expertise to identify areas of improvement and implement changes to optimize performance and efficiency. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining design documentation and ensuring that products meet all industry standards and regulations.

Who You Are

    To be successful in this role, you must have a deep understanding of power electronic converter design and development. You must have experience designing and testing motor controllers, inverters, chargers, and dc-dc converters for electric vehicles. You should be comfortable working in a team environment and collaborating with other engineers to achieve project goals. You should have a strong attention to detail and be able to work independently to complete tasks on schedule.
    We are looking for someone who is passionate about electric vehicle technology and is eager to work on cutting-edge projects. You should have a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field and at least 5 years of relevant experience. You should have experience with SiC and GaN wide bandgap devices and be familiar with industry standards and regulations.
